We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s equal parts relationship-builder, problem-solver, and detail-keeper. You’ll be the friendly face clients rely on and the steady guide our internal teams trust to keep projects moving forward. From kickoff to delivery, you’ll make sure client goals are clear, timelines and budgets are on track, and communication always feels open and collaborative. Most importantly, you’ll help create an experience that feels seamless and supportive for both our clients and our team.

Key Functions & Responsibilities
- Be the connector. Act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams, making sure big-picture objectives translate into clear, actionable deliverables, with communication that builds trust.
- Delight and retain clients. Build strong relationships by delivering work that drives results and keeps clients excited to work with us.
- Balance the moving pieces. Manage expectations, emotions, timelines, and budgets so everyone feels supported and projects stay on track.
- Own the journey. Lead account projects from kickoff to final delivery, keeping deliverables, schedules, and budgets organized, clear, and communicated in real time.
- Run the room. Lead project status meetings with confidence and share thorough notes so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
- Keep feedback moving. Collect, digest, and share client feedback in a way that helps the team understand its impact on the bigger picture (timelines, budgets, etc.).
- Bring clarity to briefs. Work with Strategy Directors to craft briefs that give creative teams a clear, inspiring roadmap.
- Support the numbers. Oversee billing processes and paperwork so invoices and payments are received on time.
- Spot opportunities. Look for ways to grow client accounts by proactively recommending smart, business-aligned solutions.
- Be a curious partner. Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and digital media shifts to bring fresh insights to the table for clients and teams.
- Help us get better. Contribute ideas to refine our processes and improve how we work together.
- Help grow the business. Collaborate with teams on business development to support RFPs, proposals, and pitches, helping the agency shine in new opportunities.
- 4+ years of account service or project management experience, preferably in an agency environment
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field, is preferred
- Proactive and able to work autonomously with minimal direction
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing
- Results-orientation and willingness to improve process
- Flexible, adaptable to pivots
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude with numbers
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Passion for the details
- High-level of energy and enthusiasm with a drive for creating positive outcomes
- Desire to contribute to agency culture
