Junior Data Analyst

Note - We are currently looking for a fresh graduate consultant or someone with no more than one year of experience to join our team.


The analyst will monitor and enhance analytics platforms and dashboards to meet evolving business needs while maintaining data security, quality, and governance standards. They will deliver regular reports, forecasting models, and data-driven tools, enabling strategic HR decision-making. This position plays a critical role by focusing on driving out our Power BI visualizations (story telling) and data warehousing (EDW) solutions.

What You Will Do:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

· Design and implement data collection processes and measurement strategies to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.

· Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Headcount Dashboards, Turnover Dashboards, and Talent Acquisition Dashboards).

· Conduct forecasting, modeling, and predictive analysis to support HR strategic initiatives.

· Create comprehensive reports, summaries, and visualizations for business stakeholders and senior leadership.


Systems & Database Management:

· Monitor, upgrade, and enhance analytics platforms and dashboards to meet current and emerging business needs.

· Maintain data security and governance, ensuring proper quality checks are in place.

· Document all data processes, including data design, requirements, metric inventory, and user manuals.

· Serve as an expert user of HR analytics systems, providing training and support to team members.

Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement:

· Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure data initiatives align with organizational goals.

· Champion a data-driven culture by educating leaders and partners on the practical use of analytics.

· Communicate complex data insights in a clear, actionable manner for non-technical audiences.

What You Have Done (Must Have):

Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in data analysis within a human resources context.

Proficiency in Business Intelligence solutions and tools, including:

· MS Excel (advanced)

· SQL

· Python and/or R

· Power BI

Experience designing and implementing data collection processes, developing dashboards, and consulting on employee strategies.

Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
