We are in search of a Customer Success Specialist – National Accounts who supports the delivery of white-glove service to BradyPLUS’s most strategic customers. This role provides proactive, detail-oriented, and high-touch customer service through timely communication, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
You will be the first line of support for day-to-day inquiries and help maintain strong, collaborative relationships with national account customers, ensuring their experience is seamless, responsive, and professional.
In this role you will work closely with the Director of Customer Success, Sr. Manager, National Accounts Coordinator, National Accounts Sales team, and internal operations teams.
Note: this is remote position, candidate can work anywhere within the US.

Description & Requirements

This role provides proactive, detail-oriented, and high-touch customer service through timely communication, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities Include
- Actively listen to customer inquiries via phone and email, address concerns empathetically, and deliver timely, solutions-oriented support.
- Monitor and resolve order issues and inquires across business entities.
- Respond to inbound questions from both internal and external stakeholders, including order status, returns, and documentation requests.
- Manually enter orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Track customer orders, providing timely updates and resolution.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, AR) to ensure smooth delivery service.
- Provide simple documentation (e.g., Proof of Delivery, invoice copies) on request.
- Support National Accounts success plans by assisting in operational and administrative tasks that ensure customer satisfaction.
- 2–4 years in a customer-facing, customer support, or internal enablement role.
- Proficiency in P21 is highly preferred, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to other ERP systems as needed.
- Proficiency in Excel preferred, specifically use of tools for analyzing date
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team-first mindset with a high level of professionalism and customer empathy.
- Passion for process improvement and scalable support strategies.
