Responsibilities
- Develop eye-catching, platform-specific content (primarily static graphics with some short-form video) for various social media channels.
- Design visually appealing graphics and edit short-form videos, adhering to brand guidelines while incorporating current trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure content aligns with overarching brand strategies and campaign objectives.
- Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to inform content strategy.
- Contribute to the development of social media toolkits, templates, and creative briefs.
- Monitor and engage with online communities across various social media platforms, utilizing social media management tools.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Identify and report emerging trends, issues, or opportunities within the social media landscape to relevant internal teams.
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation.
- Proven graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut. A portfolio showcasing your best work is required.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience in community management.
- Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
