We're looking for a passionate Recruiter who can spot top talent a mile away and guide them smoothly from first hello to first day on the job. You'll be the go-to partner for our hiring managers, ensuring every role—from junior positions to leadership hires across the U.S. and Mexico—is filled with the best of the best. Salary for the role is a base of 80K and a compensation plan that can achieve over 100k.
What You'll Be Doing (aka your superpowers):
Own the full recruiting cycle—post, source, screen, interview, offer, and onboard.
Deliver a "wow" experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Partner with hiring managers and sometimes outside agencies to find the perfect fit.
Use your sourcing magic across LinkedIn, social media, networks, and community partnerships.
Build strong pipelines with schools, organizations, and local talent pools.
Negotiate offers and celebrate new hires (cue confetti ).
Keep things organized in our applicant tracking system (because yes, details matter).
Jump into job fairs, open houses, and special recruiting events.

What We're Looking For:
Experience recruiting within an MSP or Technolgy field
2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience (agency or in-house—both count!).
Strong communicator who's not afraid to deliver honest feedback.
Juggler of many roles/projects at once—without dropping the ball.
Organized, proactive, and motivated (you're the type who color-codes your to-do list).
A collaborator who knows how to balance candidate care and manager expectations.
