As we expand our Salesforce services, we are seeking an experienced Remote Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
As a Remote Salesforce Administrator at AMG & Associates, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce platform, driving user adoption, and supporting various teams in utilizing Salesforce to its full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, data management, and system configuration.
3- Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they have the necessary resources to effectively utilize Salesforce.
4- Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
5- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features and functionality.
6- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce functionality, data integrity, and user access.
7- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features to ensure optimal system performance.
8- Assist in the development of best practices and documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures.
9- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integration with other systems and ensure seamless workflows.
**Qualifications:**
1- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices.
2- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
3- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
4- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.
5- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and custom views within Salesforce.
6- Familiarity with data migration tools and data management practices.
7- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
