We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Enterprise Solutions to lead the sales and adoption of our innovative solutions within the health plan market. This individual will be responsible for executing our go-to-market strategy, working closely with health plan executives to sell, implement, and optimize our offerings. You will play a critical role in driving growth and establishing long-term partnerships with health plans, ensuring the solutions meet their operational needs and align with industry trends.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Enterprise Solutions to lead the sales and adoption of our innovative solutions within the health plan market. This individual will be responsible for executing our go-to-market strategy, working closely with health plan executives to sell, implement, and optimize our offerings. You will play a critical role in driving growth and establishing long-term partnerships with health plans, ensuring the solutions meet their operational needs and align with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales efforts for enterprise solutions, driving adoption and expanding our footprint within health plans.
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, and identifying new business opportunities within the health plan sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with health plan executives, key decision-makers, and influencers to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute GTM and targeted campaigns that align with the health plan market.
- Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, and technical) to ensure solutions are effectively implemented and meet client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance, working to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine solutions and ensure alignment with market needs.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and better serve the health plan market.
- Proven experience of 5 years+ in selling and implementing enterprise Digital health solutions, particularly within the health plan sector.
- Deep understanding of health plan operations, including risk adjustment, claims management, and value-based care models.
- Strong ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with health plan executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth within the health plan market.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
