We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in React + ASP.NET to join our platform team full-time. You will work on a set of highly scalable and reliable cloud-based services and front ends to support the expanding Agility customer base.

A Note About Our Remote Work Model

We expect that all development work is done remotely, however about 2-3 times per quarter, we like to get together in the office to have larger discussions, or work on things that are best suited to in-person collaboration.

To support this, we expect candidates to be within easy commuting distance to the downtown Toronto core and expect that they are able to take part in these activities, unless unable to for some personal reason on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements

• Proficiency in coding ASP.Net with C#
• Proficiency in React with TypeScript and Tailwind
• Experience with SQL Server
• Desire to collaborate with a small team for significant impact

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain applications and APIs built with ASP.Net
• Work on our front-end React app and design system in Storybook.js.
• Update backend code using T-SQL in Azure SQL Database
• Collaborate closely with the Agility Product team and customer or partner developers to ensure customer solutions remain high-performing and highly available.
• Serve as a technical support escalation to assist with solving customer issues.
• Participate in brainstorm sessions, share ideas, and collaborate with team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science field or 10 Years of professional experience in the software development industry.
• Experience working in a product/SaaS company.
• Experience working alongside other developers where you reviewed and critiqued their work.
• Experience working alongside Graphic Designers to iterate on user interfaces.
• 2+ years of experience using a CMS.
• 4+ years of experience in C#/.NET.
• 4+ years of experience in React.
• 2+ years of SQL experience.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Azure Cloud.
  
  

Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000 + benefits.
