About the job


We are seeking an experienced Go-to-Market Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive market strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with practical execution to position Lithosquare effectively in the market. 


What you’ll do


  • Structure GTM Motions: develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and maximize value generation
  • Lead competitor watch initiatives, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to maintain competitive advantage
  • Propose and refine pricing strategies based on market research, competitive benchmarking, and value perception analysis
  • Develop product marketing structure, with compelling value propositions, unique selling points, and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate product benefits
  • Spearhead the preparation and execution of major marketing events, particularly PDAC (Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada), ensuring maximum impact and ROI


What we are looking for


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or marketing, with a focus on B2B environments (not limited to software).
  • Strong capability in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Enthusiasm for geology and mining sectors; previous experience in an industrial and innovative market is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate complex product offerings and technical solutions.
  • Passionate about AI technologies, with deep interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their practical applications in business contexts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex value propositions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
