This individual will be essential in delivering impactful reports and insights to our enterprise clients. They will oversee the entire process of transforming clinical and engagement into clear, compelling client facing reports and strategic narratives tailored to the needs of employers, payers, and provider partners that demonstrate the value of the Dario program on a specific client cohort. The role involves close collaboration with Clinical, Marketing, Client Success, and Data teams to ensure our partners recognize the value our platform provides.

This individual will be essential in delivering impactful reports and insights to our enterprise clients. They will oversee the entire process of transforming clinical and engagement into clear, compelling client facing reports and strategic narratives tailored to the needs of employers, payers, and provider partners that demonstrate the value of the Dario program on a specific client cohort. The role involves close collaboration with Clinical, Marketing, Client Success, and Data teams to ensure our partners recognize the value our platform provides.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc client reports highlighting clinical outcomes, engagement trends, and cost-of-care insights
- Leverage existing data sources and dashboards to compile client-facing materials and ad hoc queries from Client Success
- Translate complex health and behavioral data into clear, actionable business insights for employer groups, health plans, and provider organizations, with support from Senior Clinical and Health Analytics team members
- Partner with client delivery and commercial teams to support quarterly business reviews (QBRs), strategic renewal conversations, and performance guarantees
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Support KPI and performance guarantee tracking and ROI modeling for different client types (e.g., PMPM, total cost of care, engagement/enrollment lift)
- Visualize data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Contribute to the development of scalable reporting frameworks, templates, and automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Public Health, Health Informatics, Economics, Statistics); advanced degree a plus
- 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, client reporting, or business intelligence
- Understanding of clinical, engagement and financial metrics (e.g. Clinical outcomes, HEDIS, Patient Reported Outcomes, satisfaction scores, PMPM, ROI)
- Experience working with data from EHRs, claims, or digital health engagement platforms
- Proven ability to communicate data findings to non-technical audiences, especially in client-facing settings
- Experience working with or supporting clients such as employers, health plans, health systems, ACOs, or provider groups
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines
- Experience with engagement metrics and clinical outcomes reporting or program evaluation
- Familiarity with value-based care models or digital health programs
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy standards
- Exposure to tools like Snowflake, or R for advanced analysis
- Demonstrated strength in navigating cross functional team collaboration remotely and with effective communication skills
