Position Summary
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of our brands in your territory. Your mission: drive sales, nurture relationships with travel partners, and help advisors match their clients with unforgettable journeys. Whether it's an agent new to selling guided tours or a seasoned partner ready to grow, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide them to the right brand, unlock opportunities, and boost results.

This role supports several of our powerhouse brands, including Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, Costsaver, Brendan Vacations, and Contiki — each one offering unique journeys to suit every kind of explorer.
Key Responsibilities
- Build tailored sales and marketing strategies for key accounts, rooted in consultative selling
- Strengthen trade relationships with regular check-ins, insights, and goal-oriented planning
- Champion TTC’s Consultative Sales Process (CSP), progressing through our CSP accreditation
- Use Salesforce to manage your territory, track interactions, and keep sales records up to date
- Deliver impactful training sessions and webinars for travel advisors
- Represent our brands at trade shows, consumer events, and during FAM trips
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities, including ITCs and key agencies for EPAs
- Ensure our brochures and marketing assets are well-placed and up to date
- Stay on top of competitor trends and bring strategic insights to the team
- Own your territory budget, co-op marketing funds, and goodwill spending
- Proactively pursue group bookings and manage the full sales cycle
- You will be responsible for driving sales and supporting travel partners across Alberta, Saskatoon and Manitoba
You!
- Experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry (bonus if it’s all three!)
- Stellar communication and presentation skills—you’re engaging, persuasive, and professional
- Passion for building relationships and uncovering clients’ needs
- Organized, driven, and results-oriented with a strategic mindset
- Comfortable with tech: Microsoft Office, Salesforce/CRM, webinars, and digital tools
- A love for travel and a desire to share that passion with others

The Extras
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%, including evenings/weekends and occasional international trips
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for business travel
