QA Lead

We are seeking an experienced QA senior to join our client's team. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and has strong experience working with diverse near and off-shore teams and US-based clients.

Key responsibilities

  

•   Develop client testing across manual, automated, and data testing efforts
  
  
  

  

•   Define and execute test strategies, plans, and CI/CD integration
  
  
  

  

•   Design and validate data testing using synthetic datasets
  
  
  

  

•   Collaborate with product, engineering, and US stakeholders to ensure quality across releases
  
  
  

  

•   Track quality metrics, report risks, and drive continuous improvement
  
  
  

Hard Skills:

• Strong experience in QA (manual and automation)
• Hands‑on experience with data testing and synthetic data generation/validation
• Comfortable working with remote/diverse teams and US clients
  
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, initiative, and problem‑solving skills
  
  
  

It's a plus:

• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and test reporting
• Background in SaaS
