Strategize with Intent
- Build and drive a cohesive content strategy across platforms and formats.
- Align every campaign, story, and asset with our ideal customer profiles and mission.
- Know how to filter signal from noise—and focus on what moves the needle now.
- Write, design, and produce high-quality content—fast.
- Craft customer stories, sales collateral, campaigns, social, email, and more.
- Leverage AI and modern tools to multiply your output without diluting your voice.
- Hold the line on quality—but never let “perfect” delay “published.”
- Own the planning, promotion, and execution of virtual and live events.
- Build experiences that are well thought out, deliver value, and create opportunity.
- Ensure every event has a clear goal, measurable impact, and post-event strategy.
- Deliver sales assets that don’t just explain—they equip and convert.
- Collaborate with Sales to preempt objections, surface insights, and strengthen pitches.
- Turn customer wins into powerful tools for the next close.
- Manage contractors and creatives—bringing out their best, not doing it all yourself.
- Coordinate with sister companies inside the Jonas Software ecosystem to share learnings and build smarter, faster.
- Show up for teammates—inside and outside of Marketing—with empathy, speed, and clarity.

- 5+ years in marketing, content creation, or brand strategy.
- Strong writing, editing, and creative production chops (samples will be requested).
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT), and project management platforms.
- Experience managing vendors or creatives and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Bonus: SaaS or membership-based business experience.
- Clear ownership and accountability from Day 1.
- High expectations, with the support to meet them.
- Room to experiment, iterate, and ship fast—with guidance, not micromanagement.
