Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Business Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in SQL, database tools, and data visualization platforms, with the ability to analyze complex data and present insights in a clear and actionable way. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Manage and utilize database tools such as WinSQL, WebQMF, dbeaver, or equivalent.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to present insights.
• Use Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and charts) for reporting and analysis.
• Combine and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Document processes, workflows, and analysis in Confluence or similar tools.
• Communicate results effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data delivered.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and database management concepts.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards, reporting, and visualizations.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
• Familiarity with database tools such as WinSQL, WebQMF, or dbeaver.
• Knowledge of data gathering techniques and ability to interpret datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
