  • Analyze complex business problems and recommend IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with developers and UX/UI designers to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.
  • Coordinate documentation updates, team communications, and post-project evaluations.
  • Provide recommendations on software and hardware solutions to meet client needs.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of professional business analysis experience.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, programming, and requirements analysis.
  • Experience designing basic UX/UI wireframes and presenting concepts to clients.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Atlassian JIRA.
  • Strong background in Agile and SAFe practices, including Behavior-Driven and Test-Driven Development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective documentation abilities.

Additional Qualifications

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA, or Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Practitioner) preferred.
  • Experience teaching processes and tools to new users.
  • Previous experience with the VA or other federal agencies.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.

Benefits

  • Medical/Dental/Vision.
  • 401k with Employer Match.
  • PTO + Federal Holidays.
  • Corporate Laptop.
  • Training Opportunities.
  • Remote Opportunity.
