Job Description:

Join a fast-moving stealth startup as a Sourcer, where you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent across a variety of roles. As a vital member of the recruiting team, you will drive the early stages of the hiring process by building strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing techniques.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and advanced techniques.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple functions.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Use creative and strategic outreach methods to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Maintain detailed candidate tracking and sourcing metrics to evaluate outreach effectiveness.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by proactively sourcing diverse talent pools.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a sourcer or recruiter with 3+ years focused on proactive candidate sourcing.
  • Deep knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with potential candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and continuous learning about sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset to support recruiting teams and partners.
