Job Description:

Join our stealth startup as a Principal Recruiter, leading the full recruitment lifecycle for senior, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles. You will be a strategic partner to leadership, driving sourcing strategies and providing expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices to build high-impact teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead complex recruiting mandates for senior and specialized positions from requisition through offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier passive and active candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and competitive compensation strategies.
  • Implement recruitment best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive recruiting experience (typically 7+ years) with a proven track record of filling senior and specialized roles.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence and partner at the executive level.
  • Deep expertise in sourcing and candidate engagement across technical and business disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex requisitions and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.
