Oncology Delivery team within the Commercial Solutions Insights Hub (CSIH) group of IQVIA, caters to clients' business questions, focused within the Oncology market. With the ever-evolving Oncology treatment paradigm, competitive landscape, clinical trials, NCCN guidelines and novel pharmaceutical therapies, this team provides highly specialized solutions based on IQVIA’s core data offerings.
Job Overview:
This person will be responsible for the on-time completion of projects or components of large, complex projects for Oncology clients. Identifies and elevates potential new business opportunities and assists in the sales process. In addition, with the oncology expertise, this team is relied on to provide disease and treatment expertise in support of our clients for their platform (OAP), LAAD and APLD data purchases.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $68,300.00 - $170,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Essential Functions, Skills, and Experience:
- Participates or leads teams in the design, development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.
- Reviews and analyzes client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals of cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
- Working experience in Customer: Patient Data Analytics: Patient Journey, Regimen and Line of Therapy build, Segmentation, Targeting, Source of Business, etc.
- Provides direction and guidance to Analysts, Consultants, and where relevant, to Statistical Services assigned to engagement.
- Collaborates with the clinical team on integrating insights in the studies.
- Develops detailed documentation and specifications.
- Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
- Designs, structures, and delivers client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.
- Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve challenges.
- May identify new business opportunities or additional work with assigned client.
- Provides follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and life sciences market through on-the-job experience and participation in training opportunities. Further develops Oncology specific subject matter expertise.
- When acting as Project Manager, proactively manages project timelines and manages day to day communication with the client and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree required, master's preferred in STEM field (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Biology, Chemical Engineering).
- 5-8 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry required.
- Experience with data science and knowledge of coding strongly preferred.
- An avid interest in healthcare analytics and data, with an understanding of the US healthcare market and client archetypes.
- Oncology experience is strongly preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, data storytelling, project management, and time management skills.
- Experience in data visualization software including Power BI, Tableau preferred.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales & marketing business principles.
- Possesses solid project management, client influencing, and relationship building skills.
- Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
- Adaptability and an ability to develop and apply new skills and knowledge.
- Experience with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the life science industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.
- Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life science industry.
- Excellent presentation skills required.
