Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English instructor to empower Afghan women through language education.
Responsibilities:
Teach English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening) to Afghan women in an inclusive, supportive environment.
Develop lesson plans tailored to students' needs and levels.
Encourage active participation and build students' confidence in using English.
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback.
Promote a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
Strong English language skills (fluency required).
Previous teaching or tutoring experience (formal or informal).
Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
Passion for women's empowerment and education.
