Role Overview
The Contract Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for technical, creative, and operational roles. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with HR and hiring managers.

Role Overview
The Contract Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for technical, creative, and operational roles. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with HR and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements.
- Draft and post job descriptions across appropriate platforms.
- Source, engage, and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
- Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a professional, seamless candidate experience.
- Provide regular recruiting progress updates to HR and leadership.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
- Proven success in filling technical (engineering, QA, design) and creative (art, production, marketing) positions.
- Strong sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Gaming or entertainment industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Independent contractor status (no company benefits).
- Remote work flexibility; Los Angeles-based candidates preferred for occasional in-person
