This is a primarily remote position, but seeking local candidates that could go onsite if needed (very occasionally). Hour will fluctuate week to week, but wil likely be between 15-30 hours / week.
As an Employee Communications Advisor, you will be a key player in enhancing internal communications, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company objectives. Partnering with various departments and executive leadership, you’ll develop impactful communications strategies that support a wide range of initiatives. What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company’s vision, voice, and core values.
- Identify and develop compelling stories that showcase the company’s culture, values, and employee contributions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and business areas, ensuring a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
- Create engaging content for various internal communication channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (internal communications, employee communications, etc)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Portfolio / Writing Samples
- Experience working in the energy sector.
- Experience with formal and creative writing.
