Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Business Travel Coordinator to manage corporate travel arrangements for clients. This role involves booking flights, hotels, and transportation, while ensuring cost efficiency, convenience, and compliance with company travel policies. The Business Travel Coordinator will work closely with professionals and corporate teams to create seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, book, and confirm business travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Manage client itineraries and ensure timely delivery of travel documentation.
  • Provide guidance on visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination-specific details.
  • Monitor corporate travel budgets and identify cost-saving solutions.
  • Respond promptly to client travel needs and resolve booking issues when they arise.
  • Stay updated on airline policies, hotel partnerships, and global travel advisories.
  • Maintain accurate client records and provide after-travel support and follow-ups.
