About the rol

eWe’re seeking a Senior Ads Manager to lead and scale our native advertising and sponsorship ecosystem. You’ll play a vital role in LaunchGood’s mission by increasing B2B revenue through native ad campaigns, streamlining campaign operations, building off-platform partnerships, expanding sponsorships, implementing platform-wide ad innovations, and creating compelling ad offerings for mission-aligned brands

.As a Senior Manager, you’ll be deeply involved in both shaping our strategy and bringing it to life. You’ll launch and scale initiatives independently, while also serving as a collaborative thought partner to others across the team

What you’ll

  • doOversee end-to-end native ad operations – Lead the full lifecycle of advertiser campaigns, from inbound application intake through our CRM to campaign execution and performance management across LaunchGood ad placements, ensuring operational excellence, creative quality, and advertiser succes
  • s.Drive product innovation and roadmap alignment – Act as a bridge between the Ads team and Product to scope, prioritize, and advocate for improvements to our native ads platform and ad stack. Leverage insights from advertisers, AdOps, and user journey data to drive product-led growth and unlock new monetization opportunitie
  • s.Build a data-informed performance strategy – Define and iterate on metrics that matter across the Ads ecosystem. Translate performance data into strategy by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities across both advertiser and user behavior. Use these insights to guide roadmap, experimentation, and revenue decision
  • s.Grow and optimize the advertiser sales funnel – Own and refine the advertiser acquisition journey—from lead generation through onboarding and renewal. Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to expand our advertiser base, improve conversion rates, and deepen long-term partnership
  • s.Enhance the donor-facing ad experience – Analyze how LaunchGood users engage with native ad placements across the site. Partner with Product and Data to optimize ad relevance, format, and targeting in ways that improve donor experience and campaign performanc
  • e.Establish a culture of A/B testing and creative experimentation – Design and champion a systematic approach to A/B testing across campaigns and placements. Work with AdOps, Product, and Marketing to test variations in headlines, imagery, copy, and layout to improve engagement and ROA
  • S.Ensure high campaign quality and creative standards – Oversee and support the AdOps team in maintaining high-quality ads by monitoring creative elements (e.g., headlines, images, campaign pages) and proactively guiding advertisers to make performance-boosting improvement
  • s.Lead cross-functional collaboration across key teams – Partner with Compliance, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Data to deliver seamless campaign launches, drive results, and integrate AI-powered enhancements into campaign targeting, reporting, or automation where appropriat
  • e.Collaborate with Marketing to amplify traffic via paid media – Liaise with the Marketing team to plan and execute paid media strategies that drive qualified traffic to LaunchGood. Align traffic acquisition goals with on-site ad performance, leveraging paid media as a lever for scal
  • e.Develop and expand our advertiser network – Strengthen existing advertiser relationships while laying the groundwork for LaunchGood’s off-platform ads ecosystem. Explore new growth channels, audience segments, and revenue streams to expand the impact of our native ad
  • s.Own performance analytics and drive revenue growth – Lead the development and tracking of core KPIs, including ROAS, conversion rates, funnel health, and advertiser retention. Partner with Data and Finance to generate actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and steer the team toward consistent MoM and YoY revenue growt
  • h.Communicate proactively with stakeholders – Maintain clear, consistent communication across internal channels and externally with advertisers, ensuring transparency, alignment, and strong working relationship
  • s.Champion operational excellence and process improvements – Continuously enhance campaign workflows, reporting, and tracking with the AdOps and Data teams. Identify opportunities to incorporate AI or automation into key processes that improve scale and precisio
  • n.Demonstrate thought leadership and strategic communication – Serve as a trusted voice across the organization by articulating the Ads team’s vision, priorities, and impact.
