As Project Manager, Influencer Marketing, you'll be fulfilling a new role at Open Influence and have the unique opportunity to build processes and workstreams that have lasting impact on the Sales and Account Management teams and broader organization. You'll collaborate with the Vice President of Global Operations on go-to-market strategies and internal work streams for new product offerings, support account management leadership in scaling campaign execution processes, and assist Paid Social lead with streamlined tracking and team organization.

  • Are highly proficient in Google Sheets and have experience working with CRMs and ERPs

Note: The first 3-4 months of this role will be coverage for a current employee's maternity leave (similar job function) and then will transition into the full-time position as described below.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

75% Project Management on New Product Launch

  • Act as the lead project manager for GTM initiatives for new product release, driving cross-department alignment and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams
  • Organize and lead regular cross-functional syncs to review progress, address blockers, and adjust plans as needed
  • Create and disseminate onboarding and training materials to ensure smooth execution and alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management
  • Partner with Sales team to ensure they are equipped with the tools, resources, and training needed to communicate product value effectively
  • Develop enablement materials, such as pitch decks, product briefs, case studies, and objection handling guides, tailored to the needs of internal teams
  • Establish feedback loops with Sales and Account management to continuously refine positioning and messaging based on real-world insights
  • Collaborate with Director of Product to monitor KPIs to track the success of GTM initiatives and optimize strategies based on performance metrics
  • Collaborate with VP of Global Operations to incorporate pre-sale processes into other internal forecasting and revenue tracking workstreams at the company

15% Account Management Team Development

  • Collaborate with Head of Account Management to grow program for Account Management skill building and career progression, including defining roles and responsibilities, skillset assessments, and general learning and development
  • Assist Account Directors with onboarding and training curriculum for new hires and existing team members
  • Collaborate with VP of Global Operations to project manage the upkeep and maintenance of core team materials, trackers, and templates

10% Paid Social Project Management

  • Assist Paid Social lead with project management of the team's daily tasks, including priority setting, tracker upkeep, and general admin

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within marketing, advertising, or creator marketing environments.
  • A proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, driving alignment, and delivering results in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets; experience working with CRMs, ERPs, and project management tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to streamline processes, manage competing priorities, and create structure in ambiguous situations.

The expected salary range for this role is $85,000–$100,000 USD, depending on experience.
