YOUR MISSION

As Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, strengthening supplier partnerships, and coordinating production and logistics. You’ll ensure operations scale efficiently, meet quality and compliance standards, and support product availability across all sales channels.


This is a full-time contractor role with flexible hours, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work remotely from anywhere in the world.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Build accurate, data-driven demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
  • Define optimal inventory strategies including safety stock, reorder points, and EOQs
  • Coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure on-time, in-full production
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with packaging and raw material suppliers
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics; manage freight, warehousing, and 3PL partnerships
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO, EU Cosmetics) and maintain audit readiness
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
  • Optimize operational systems and identify process improvements for scalability


WHO YOU ARE

Experience: Proven background in supply chain operations, especially in DTC or beauty/FMCG industries

Strategic & Analytical: Strong demand planning and inventory optimization skills

Internationally Savvy: Skilled in managing global supplier relationships

Logistics Expert: Deep experience in 3PL, freight, and distribution management

Compliance-Focused: Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and EU cosmetic regulatory standards

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong systems thinker with a bias toward action

Tools: Proficient in supply chain platforms, Excel, and inventory management systems


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You’ve aligned with stakeholders, audited current supply chain processes, and built your initial roadmap.

60 Days: You’ve optimized inventory parameters, implemented forecasting tools, and strengthened supplier communication.

90 Days: You’ve improved service levels, reduced costs, and built a scalable foundation for future product and market launches.
