Company Overview

Hubstaff helps organizations around the world optimize productivity and workforce operations. Trusted by 95,000+ businesses, our platform powers time tracking, team management, project insights, and payroll automation.

We’ve been a remote-first company for over a decade — and we’re on a mission to help distributed teams work smarter, not harder.

The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of a core product area. This role is highly visible and will collaborate closely with the CPO, Product, Design, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that empower remote and distributed teams.

You’ll lead discovery, define the roadmap, and partner with our Partnerships team to drive integrations, customer adoption, and business growth at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for a core product area.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Success to deliver high-impact features.
  • Partner with customers to uncover needs and prioritize solutions.
  • Define product OKRs and track performance metrics.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts with Partnerships and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry and competitive trends to inform product decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success leading products from concept through launch with measurable results.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and business audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable with tools like SQL, Amplitude, or Looker.
  • High empathy and customer-centric approach.
  • Experience working in fully remote, async-first teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: CAD $120,000–$135,000 + bonus (OTE ~CAD $150,000).
  • Full-time employee role, remote within Canada.
  • 30 days of PTO per year.
  • Comprehensive private health insurance.
  • Annual stipend for home office, wellness, or professional development.
  • Annual company retreats and remote-first culture.

Inclusion at Hubstaff

Hubstaff is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
