GuidePoint Security is seeking a skilled AI Business Analyst to join our Innovation team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business operations and AI technology implementation. You will be responsible for identifying AI opportunities across the organization, gathering requirements, helping manage the AI project backlog, and supporting the development and deployment of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis skills with a solid understanding of AI technologies to help drive digital transformation and operational efficiency throughout the enterprise.
The AI Business Analyst will be required to demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business processes into actionable AI use cases.

GuidePoint Security is seeking a skilled AI Business Analyst to join our Innovation team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business operations and AI technology implementation. Roles and Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis & AI Opportunity Identification
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes across various departments to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency improvements
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand current workflows, pain points, and potential AI applications
- Document and map business processes, creating clear visualizations of current and future states
- Develop business cases for AI initiatives, including ROI analysis and efficiency metrics
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for AI solutions
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for AI implementations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI projects, including process flows, data requirements, and success metrics
- Manage and prioritize the AI project backlog in collaboration with the VP of Innovation and engineering team
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of AI solutions
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Support user acceptance testing and facilitate training for new AI implementations
- Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the AI development lifecycle
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences
- Work closely with AI engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Assist in troubleshooting AI solutions by analyzing outputs, identifying issues, and suggesting improvements
- Support the development of AI solutions through prompt engineering, testing, and validation
- Help maintain quality standards for AI implementations through testing and documentation
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to support AI adoption across the organization
- Strong passion and self-motivation to improve, learn, and make a difference
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or consulting environments
- Demonstrated experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI
- Experience managing project backlogs using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Experience facilitating workshops and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms
- Understanding of agile methodologies and iterative development processes
- Experience implementing or supporting AI/ML solutions in an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of Python or other programming languages for basic scripting and data analysis
- Understanding of AI security and ethical considerations
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certification
- Experience in cybersecurity or professional services industries
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and best practices
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
