We are seeking an experienced and scientifically driven Medical Science Liaison to join our client in a field-based role supporting innovative liquid biopsy technologies. This remote, permanent/direct-hire position is responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders across the Eastern U.S. region (including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina), delivering scientific education, and supporting the clinical value of cutting-edge oncology solutions.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and scientifically driven Medical Science Liaison to join our client in a field-based role supporting innovative liquid biopsy technologies. This remote, permanent/direct-hire position is responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders across the Eastern U.S. region (including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina), delivering scientific education, and supporting the clinical value of cutting-edge oncology solutions.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $182,000
- Estimated total compensation: $225,000
- Monday to Friday, normal business hours
- Serve as a trusted liaison between healthcare professionals and the organization, focusing on oncology diagnostics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical/scientific stakeholders.
- Provide clinical and scientific support for the organization’s oncology-focused products and services.
- Engage in scientific exchange and respond to clinical inquiries from healthcare providers.
- Support the commercial team with education and insights that align with product value and clinical application.
- Assist in the development of educational materials for both providers and patients.
- Ensure compliance with all internal protocols and external regulatory standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and other departments as needed.
- Advanced degree in a scientific or clinical discipline (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in oncology, ideally in medical affairs or an MSL capacity.
- Strong knowledge of liquid biopsy or molecular diagnostics is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to engage and influence clinical stakeholders in a scientific context.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
