Do you see product not just as a function, but as the heartbeat of innovation and customer experience? A fast-growing DTC brand in the anti-aging space is looking for a visionary NPD Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of their next-generation skincare and wellness innovations. If you’re a strategic thinker with a bias for action - someone who thrives on launching best-in-class products, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving tangible impact in a high-growth environment, this is your opportunity to shape the future of beauty.

YOUR MISSION

As NPD Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, crafting and executing a roadmap that fuels both growth and customer loyalty for the brand. You'll own the strategy, uncover emerging opportunities, define product-market fit, and bring together stakeholders across R&D, design, marketing, and tech to deliver products that perform on shelves and in lives.

This is a full-time contractor role with flexible hours, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work remotely from anywhere in the world.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Join a mission-driven brand creating real change in the beauty and wellness space
  • Work alongside a high-caliber, international team driven by performance, innovation, and integrity
  • Fully remote role with flexible working hours, designed for results and not micromanagement
  • Access continuous learning, training, and development opportunities
  • Opportunity to shape a category-leading product portfolio from the ground up

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Define and execute the strategic product roadmap to drive customer value, brand differentiation, and business growth
  • Lead end-to-end new product development from concept to manufacturing handover, ensuring product launches deliver on brand, performance, and commercial goals
  • Own market research and competitive analysis - identify whitespace, validate product-market fit, and refine positioning
  • Define product requirements and design specs, translating consumer insights into actionable briefs for formulation, design, and creative teams
  • Develop and maintain timelines for product launches, ensuring execution stays on track, within budget, and meets quality standards
  • Oversee cross-functional product execution - managing timelines, budgets, and collaboration across tech, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality, on-time launches
  • Serve as the product voice across the company, championing innovation while balancing feasibility, performance, and brand integrity
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture by integrating qualitative and quantitative feedback loops into product development and innovation cycles.

WHO YOU ARE

Strategic Thinker: You’ve built product roadmaps and made them happen across DTC or consumer product brands

Experienced Innovator: Strong background in launching physical products in beauty, wellness, or personal care categories

Customer-Obsessed: You’ve run surveys, led interviews, and used real feedback to shape product decisions

Cross-Functional Leader: Adept at rallying teams around shared goals and translating strategy into action

Commercially-Minded: You understand product-market fit, P&Ls, and positioning as deeply as you understand packaging specs

Process-Savvy: Familiar with product development workflows, from concepting to regulatory sign-off

Detail-Oriented Communicator: Exceptional spec writing, documentation, and stakeholder management

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You’ve reviewed the current product range, assessed gaps, and aligned with the founder on the future roadmap.

60 Days: You’ve built go-to-market timelines and initiated the first NPD project.

90 Days: You’ve aligned stakeholders around the first new launch, set in motion the next two, and embedded a repeatable innovation process.
