Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to join our winning team.

In this role, the Marketing Operations Specialist, Events will support the Global Events marketing team. You’ll be responsible for driving event success from end to end—from campaign creation and GTM strategies to post-event analysis. You’ll help align event execution with broader marketing goals and ensure every touchpoint is captured, tracked, and optimized for lead generation and brand impact.


This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.


What You Will Do:

  • Manage end-to-end creation and execution of the GTM event strategy and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Coordinate Meeting Maker logistics for each event: track meeting requests and changes, manage calendar invites, and ensure all critical guest details are accounted for.
  • Support social media promotion for events, collaborating with the broader marketing team to drive engagement and awareness.
  • Manage event landing pages and email copy, supporting registration, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing collateral, including handouts, signage, branded items, and more.
  • Track and report event attribution, including lead capture, social campaign performance, and email engagement metrics.
  • Generate and manage marketing campaign codes and ensure proper lead uploads post-event.
  • Support Global Events Managers and the Director of Event Marketing with ongoing strategic projects and initiatives.


What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or campaign operations (tech industry experience required).
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel event campaigns from planning through post-event reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with experience juggling multiple deadlines, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in crafting email copy, social posts, and promotional content.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, and remote team environments.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Asana, Salesforce, Marketo & Smartsheet, a strong plus.
