As a key member of the finance management team, you will provide financial support and analysis to help drive the organization’s success. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead a team of finance professionals and partner closely with senior operational leaders as a trusted advisor. This role offers daily variety, strong growth potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Ensuring accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting
  • Performing technical accounting analysis in accordance with IFRS
  • Analyzing, summarizing, and presenting financial results to senior leadership
  • Supporting the M&A team with the financial integration of new acquisitions
  • Managing, coaching, and mentoring fellow financial professionals

Qualifications:


The main qualifications for this role include:


  • Formal accounting education
  • Complete or nearly completed CPA
  • A minimum of 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills


Definite Assets:


  • Previous public accounting, high-tech or SaaS industry experience
  • Familiarity with IFRS


Compensation:


  • $90,000 - $105,000 annual salary range
  • Remote work environment
