Cordance is looking for a strategic and adaptable Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People Operations team. In this role, you'll take full ownership of recruiting efforts across a variety of roles and business units, acting as a consultative partner to hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

What you'll do:
End-to-End High-Volume Recruiting Execution
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for open requisitions, including technical and tech-adjacent roles
- Conduct high-volume screening calls and quickly assess candidates for fit, skills, and readiness
- Own scheduling coordination in collaboration through automated tools
- Deliver fast turnaround on interview feedback and candidate decisions to keep the pipeline moving
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, career fairs, sourcing tools, ATS databases)
- Maintain and grow active talent pipelines for recurring or high-turnover roles
- Build creative, repeatable campaigns for niche or hard-to-fill tech roles
- Collaborate with TA marketing or employer brand teams to optimize job postings and outreach messaging
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers to clarify job requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and fine-tune hiring processes
- Set clear expectations for candidate pipeline timelines, volume, and quality
- Participate in weekly intake and pipeline review meetings to adjust search strategies in real time
- Train or coach hiring managers on interview best practices and candidate experience
- Ensure every candidate receives timely updates and a professional experience, even in a high-volume environment
- Communicate interview logistics, feedback, and offers with clarity and empathy
- Gather candidate feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in the hiring process
- Promote a culture of transparency and inclusivity across all candidate touchpoints
- Keep all candidate records up to date in the ATS
- Track sourcing methods, time-to-fill, and pipeline health
- Generate weekly or monthly reports on progress-to-goal, pipeline status, and offer acceptance rates
- Use data to adjust tactics, prioritize reqs, or identify bottlenecks in the funnel
- Identify process bottlenecks or friction points and suggest improvements to scale effectively
- Help implement automation tools or scheduling software to handle volume more efficiently
- Stay ahead of hiring spikes by maintaining warm pipelines or creating pre-qualified talent pools
- Support seasonal, campus, or contract hiring surges with agility
- 5 to 7+ years' experience as a trusted recruiting partner in a evolving company within a B2B SaaS startup or multi-product SaaS environment
- Resourceful with ability to quickly learn new roles and industries, working confidently across departments and seniority levels
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, you bring others along while keeping momentum
- A self-starter mindset with sound judgment and a bias toward action, you know how to navigate ambiguity and make smart decisions independently
- Passion for recruitment and talent strategy, with a clear commitment to candidate care and team building
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Proven success recruiting across a wide variety of roles (e.g., GTM, product, engineering, operations) with the ability to quickly learn new domains
- Familiarity with multi-product or private equity organizations, where each business has unique needs and contexts
- Reputation for sound judgment, follow-through, and accountability to both candidates and internal stakeholders
