Why We Need You:

We are looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to serve as our CEO’s strategic right hand focused on driving execution, alignment, and scale across the company. In this high-impact role, you’ll orchestrate mission-critical priorities, represent our CEO in key forums, and lead transformative initiatives from fundraising to AI-first operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive company-wide alignment by orchestrating cross-functional priorities and keeping the organization laser-focused on its most critical strategic initiatives
  • Serve as the CEO’s trusted proxy by representing them in high-stakes meetings, key communications, and pivotal decisions
  • Lead high-impact special projects, from fundraising readiness and strategic partnerships to steering our AI-first transformation
  • Build scalable processes that boost operational efficiency and ensure seamless internal alignment across teams
  • Shape and manage board, investor, and executive communications to drive clarity, confidence, and momentum


Your Working Experience:

  • 5–10 years of proven success in growth-stage startups or strategic/operational leadership roles
  • Exceptional communicator and analytical problem-solver, known for earning trust at the highest levels
  • Energized by fast-paced, high-growth environments and adept at bringing structure and clarity to ambiguity

Our compensation range reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role is listed below by location, and the exact amount offered will depend on your skills, experience, and work location.

Tier One Markets (SF, NYC, Seattle): $185,000 - $215,000 per year

All Other Remote US: $180,000 - $200,000 per year
