Growth Marketer

Location: Fully Remote (USA)

About WhatConverts

WhatConverts is a B2B SaaS company specializing in marketing attribution and lead-tracking solutions. We empower businesses to make data-driven decisions by providing deep insights into their marketing campaigns and helping them understand what drives conversions. As a remote-first company, we foster a mission-focused and performance-driven culture, valuing integrity, initiative, and innovation.

Position Overview

This isn’t your typical marketing manager role. We’re not looking for someone to manage, but we’re looking for someone to do. If you love building and running campaigns that actually move the needle (not just reporting on them), and if tracking CAC is your second language, this role is made for you.

As our Growth Marketer, you’ll be the engine behind trial signups and full product adoption. You’ll have the tools, autonomy, and ownership to test, scale, and optimize across paid, organic, and web.

In This Role You’ll Get To

  • Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Drive organic growth through smart SEO, content strategy, and landing pages
  • Run experiments (A/B tests, CRO, etc.) to squeeze more from every touchpoint
  • Report on CAC, signup conversion rates, and growth insights, and act on them
  • Work alongside other teams to align on the full funnel

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of growth/performance marketing experience (SaaS/B2B)
  • Proven results driving trial signups and customer acquisition within target CAC
  • Hands-on skills with Google Ads, SEO tools, email automation, and analytics
  • A bias toward action, an eye for optimization, and a love of the numbers

Company Benefits/Perks

  • Remote-First: Empowered to work agilely in a fully remote environment with no risk of office return.
  • Immediate Impact: From day one, take ownership of projects and make a direct impact.
  • Health & Wellness: 100% employer-paid premium medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • 401k with 5% Match: Secure your future with immediate vesting.
  • Employee Support: Access counseling, legal, and debt management services through our EAP.
  • Generous PTO & Flexible Time Off: Accrue PTO with additional days for tenure, plus up to 4 hours of flex time per week for personal matters.
  • Parental & Bereavement Leave: Paid leave for life’s important moments.
  • Volunteer Day: Give back with an annual volunteer day.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Join a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace.
  • Remote Work Perks: $100 monthly stipend to ensure your home office needs are met and company-provided devices.
