About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Workday Consultant to join our clients' ERP implementation team. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Workday HCM and Financial Management, and a strong technical expertise in systems integration and API development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement and optimize Workday HCM and Financial Management modules.
• Design and develop integrations between Workday and external systems such as Microsoft CRM, banking solutions, and benefits platforms.
• Leverage Workday APIs to automate business processes and extend platform capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support during go-live and post-production phases.
• Assist in building internal Workday competency through knowledge transfer and documentation.
  
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IM/IT, including 5+ years of recent experience with Workday HCM and Financial Management.
• 2+ years of recent experience coding and integrating Workday with external systems.
• 2+ years of experience leveraging APIs to enable seamless integrations and automate processes.
  
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft.
• Prior involvement in ERP transformation projects.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
