About The Role
An early-stage, well-backed SaaS startup is seeking a high-caliber Chief of Staff to partner directly with the founder/CEO in scaling go-to-market operations, streamlining internal processes, and driving strategic cross-functional initiatives.
This role is uniquely cross-functional — blending business operations, product strategy, and sales/marketing enablement. You will get broad exposure to sales, partnerships, hiring, investor communications, pricing strategies, customer insights, and more.
You’ll act as a multiplier for the CEO, unblocking priorities, managing critical projects end-to-end, and helping build a strong culture of execution and accountability.

You’ll act as a multiplier for the CEO, unblocking priorities, managing critical projects end-to-end, and helping build a strong culture of execution and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategic and operational projects from design through execution
- Support go-to-market (GTM) efforts including sales, partnerships, and marketing by creating repeatable playbooks
- Manage internal business operations like goal tracking, hiring processes, and special initiatives
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and recommendations
- Lead or support critical meetings—handling prep, documentation, and follow-up
- Serve as a trusted thought partner and sounding board to the CEO
- 2–5 years experience in high-performance environments such as early-stage startups, strategy consulting, investment banking, VC, or product/operations roles at tech companies
- Demonstrated startup experience is required
- Comfortable working autonomously and thriving in ambiguous environments
- Strong communicator with the ability to over-communicate and document clearly in remote teams
- Fully remote role with occasional all-hands and team meetups (usually once or twice per year)
- Small, close-knit team (~6 people) with a strong culture of autonomy, trust, and collaboration
