Accounting Admin (Part-Time Contract)
Agilus is recruiting for an Accounting Admin in the Manufacturing Industry in Concord, Ontario.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Admin to support the purchasing and ERP teams part time. You’ll be the go-to person for managing vendor invoices, ensuring everything matches up with purchase orders, and keeping our accounting inbox organized.

Agilus is recruiting for an Accounting Admin in the Manufacturing Industry in Concord, Ontario.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Admin to support the purchasing and ERP teams part time. You’ll be the go-to person for managing vendor invoices, ensuring everything matches up with purchase orders, and keeping our accounting inbox organized.
A Typical Day
- Process approximately 300 vendor invoices per month.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and ensure accuracy.
- Follow up with vendors and purchasing team on discrepancies.
- Organize vendor folders and manage central accounting inbox.
- Review monthly vendor statements to ensure all invoices are received.
- Understanding of accounting and accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and initiative.
- $22.00 - $25.00 hourly
- Remote Flexibility: Work from home with optional onsite training.
- Room to Grow: As the company expands and implements its ERP system, your hours and responsibilities could grow too.
- Path to Permanency: Strong performance could lead to a permanent role.
- Team Environment: Join a collaborative team of 7 working closely with purchasing and ERP.
- Schedule: 20 hours a week to start, Monday to Friday
