About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with our partners—primarily across our New York-based programs—with potential to expand into other markets as we grow. You’ll be at the center of program success: launching new initiatives, building trust with key stakeholders, and driving meaningful impact for the communities we serve.

About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with our partners—primarily across our New York-based programs—with potential to expand into other markets as we grow. You’ll be at the center of program success: launching new initiatives, building trust with key stakeholders, and driving meaningful impact for the communities we serve.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Lead multi-stakeholder projects to successfully launch new client programs, with a strong initial focus on our New York partnerships.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and strategic guidance.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with client stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to senior leadership.
- Conduct regular partner check-ins to ensure satisfaction, track performance, and surface opportunities for improvement or growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional partner experiences.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients maximize the value of our offerings through tailored recommendations.
- Analyze account performance data to drive engagement, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Deliver clear, data-driven account updates and performance reports to partners.
- Stay on top of market trends and industry developments to inform client strategy and bring new ideas to the table.
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services—experience in Healthcare, Food Systems, or Social Impact work a strong plus.
- A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and delivering results.
- Exceptional communication skills—confident in facilitating meetings, presenting data, and navigating tough conversations with diplomacy.
- Strong relationship-building instincts, with a proactive and empathetic approach to client care.
- Experience launching or scaling programs across multiple departments or teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- High proficiency in tools like Google Sheets/Excel, CRM platforms, and communication/project management tools.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with evolving priorities.
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for health equity, food access, or wellness.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events.
