Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous Front Desk Or Customer Service Experience Preferred
Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work morning shifts and weekends
