Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Vice President of Operations ideally situated in Phoenix, AZ.
Hotel, Hospitality, Outdoor Hospitality or Management Company experience is required.
The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for assisting with the strategic oversight of CRR as well as overseeing the daily operations of multiple sites, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing P&L, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The role also involves project management, coordinating with different departments, and driving operational efficiency and growth.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and P&L Management skills
- Experience in Strategic Planning and Project Management
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
