We are looking for a motivated Product Marketing Manager who thrives on connecting customer needs to innovative technology solutions. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with a passion for storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and driving go-to-market success. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of restaurant technology by highlighting how our platform solves operational challenges and improves efficiency for quick service and fast casual brands.
Responsibilities
– Develop deep product knowledge, especially around operational tools such as energy optimization, predictive maintenance, and order prep enhancements
– Update and maintain marketing collateral including one-sheets, FAQs, and web content to reflect the latest capabilities
– Collaborate with marketing to craft campaigns, content, and case studies that showcase product benefits and measurable outcomes
– Conduct research on industry trends and competitive solutions to refine product messaging and positioning
– Partner with sales to ensure that marketing assets align with ROI-driven use cases and support product launches across teams
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience in product marketing or a related field (internships included)
– Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a detail-oriented approach
– Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, and similar platforms is a plus
– Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
– A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning about the restaurant technology industry
