Meet The Team
The role of the Senior Manager, HCP, will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in Canadian market. Working in collaboration with the commercial team, this role will define the go-to-market strategies needed to accelerate our ambitious growth targets. This role will take charge of devising and executing HCP marketing strategies to enable product expansion across Canada, supporting sales to execute commercial strategy effectively along with the development and deployment of marketing collateral.
This role requires a deep understanding of the diabetes market, prescriber landscape, and its respective customer segments category along with experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive adoption and usage of our products.

You will be responsible for the design and execution of HCP marketing strategy, aligning it with the overall marketing and commercial strategy, to maximize brand awareness and recommendation amongst health care practitioners.
- Development of messaging and sales enablement tools
- Development and execution of marketing collateral
- HCP conference management
- Working closely with Professional Education & KOL management teams, develop advisory plans, professional education strategies & programs.
- Define the promotional strategy to disseminate key selling messages to respective target audiences.
- Establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes.
- Build, lead, motivate and mentor the team to deliver excellence & consistency in activation across all regions.
- Provide strong project management/leadership on key projects and communications activities and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time with a high level of quality, in accordance with Compliance, Legal and Regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing
- Demonstrated knowledge of the diabetes landscape in Canada
- Demonstrable record of leadership in marketing including business plan development, product launches, defining and controlling of marketing budgets.
- In-depth understanding of the diabetes market and the specific needs and preferences of healthcare professionals.
- Experience of managing relationships with industry partners & leading marketing efforts across multiple regions.
- Strong knowledge of CGM technology and its application in diabetes management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative presentations and content.
- Data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
- Fluent in both English and French is a plus.

- Définir la stratégie promotionnelle pour diffuser les messages de vente clés aux publics cibles respectifs
- Établir des indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour tous les programmes, créer des prévisions de résultats et suivre les performances pour s'assurer que les plans marketing produisent les résultats commerciaux escomptés
- Créer, diriger, motiver et encadrer l'équipe pour assurer l'excellence et la cohérence de l'activation dans toutes les régions
- Assurer une solide gestion de projet/leadership sur les projets clés et les activités et initiatives de communication, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient accomplies à temps avec un haut niveau de qualité, conformément aux exigences de conformité, juridiques et réglementaires
- Baccalauréat en marketing, communications, sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe
- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience progressive en marketing de la santé
- Connaissance démontrée du paysage du diabète au Canada
- Expérience avérée en leadership marketing, y compris l'élaboration de plans d'affaires, le lancement de produits, la définition et le contrôle des budgets marketing
- Compréhension approfondie du marché du diabète et des besoins et préférences spécifiques des professionnels de la santé
- Expérience de la gestion des relations avec les partenaires de l'industrie et de la direction des efforts de marketing dans plusieurs régions
- Solide connaissance de la technologie des capteurs de glucose (SCG) et de son application dans la gestion du diabète
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, avec la capacité de créer des présentations et du contenu attrayants et informatifs
- État d'esprit axé sur les données, tirant parti des informations pour éclairer la prise de décision et optimiser les stratégies de marketing
