Key responsibilities:
- Generating letters as requested by management.
- Making follow-up calls to MDOs for PA documents and other related tasks (e.g., updating members etc.).
- Calling pharmacies to process claims.
- checking incoming e-faxes, saving documents to corresponding folders, send documents for review
- send faxes to MDO's
- Support the MSR and management team with any administrative tasks upon request
