We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring CRM initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
This is a remote position (US-based) with travel expected approximately once per quarter for in-person collaboration.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring CRM initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Duties
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional CRM specifications.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and other technical staff to ensure solutions are delivered as specified.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes and recommend solutions.
- Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria to support CRM development efforts.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation activities.
- Develop training materials and provide end-user training and support.
- Monitor CRM performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvements or automation.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and industry best practices to continuously enhance CRM capabilities.
- Contribute to product vision by identifying and proposing enhancements that improve user experience, business value, or operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Senior Product Manager to define priorities, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Assist in backlog grooming and prioritization to ensure high-impact features are delivered efficiently.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a product, business analyst or technical implementation role, ideally with hands-on experience in CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) and custom entities/tables.
- Proficiency with Power Platform, Power BI, XRMToolbox, and Visio (or similar software)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- CRM certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) is a plus.
- Prior experience in healthcare, mental health, or regulated environments is a plus.
- Experience with integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with data migration tools and common migration workflows.
- Understanding of CRM security models, workflows, and customizations.
- Experience mapping and documenting business processes or workflows.
