Finni Health is scaling rapidly to provide top-tier behavioral health services. To support our growth, we are seeking an Associate Clinical Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts and help build a world-class clinical team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and support roles, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking strategies to proactively source top-tier candidates.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screenings, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews to ensure a strong match with practice owners’ needs.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain excellent communication with candidates, providing a seamless and engaging recruitment experience.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with practice owners and clinical leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Offer Management: Assist with extending offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth transition into onboarding.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment trackers and dashboards to measure key hiring metrics.
- Additional Responsibilities: As the company evolves, additional responsibilities may be assigned to align with business needs and hiring goals.
- Recruiting Experience: 1+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably within behavioral health, mental health, ABA therapy, or related fields.
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong ability to source both active and passive candidates using various recruitment strategies.
- Independent & Self-Motivated: Thrives in an individual contributor role, able to work autonomously and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools like Google Sheets and Slack.
- Adaptable & Agile: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing hiring priorities.
- Remote
- Working hours: Mountain Time / Pacific Time
Compensation Range: $65K - $75K
