About The Role
The Operations Specialist supports Educate 360’s Centralized Operations Department by ensuring the accuracy, organization, and smooth execution of day-to-day operational tasks that support class delivery, vendor coordination, and internal communication. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage workflows with minimal supervision.

About The Role
The Operations Specialist supports Educate 360’s Centralized Operations Department by ensuring the accuracy, organization, and smooth execution of day-to-day operational tasks that support class delivery, vendor coordination, and internal communication. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage workflows with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities
- Utilize internal systems and platforms to enter, update, and maintain accurate operational data.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on scheduled classes to ensure logistical accuracy and data integrity.
- Support contract training vendors with onboarding, system setup, document tracking, and billing or travel-related inquiries.
- Coordinate instructor travel arrangements, including booking transportation and lodging, and track related expenses to ensure alignment with budget and policy.
- Compile and maintain operational data, generating reports and tracking metrics as requested.
- Facilitate clear communication across internal teams by managing shared inboxes, routing requests, and ensuring timely, accurate information flow between Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments.
- Maintain digital document organization and filing systems to ensure easy access and version control.
- Assist with cross-functional operational tasks as needed, including courseware and exam voucher ordering and distribution.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration or business preferred
- Experience in an administrative or operational support role, ideally in a customer service or educational setting
- Familiarity with working alongside a sales team is advantageous
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a remote environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based collaboration tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
