Hiring from: United States
At Kyra, we’re leading the future of creator marketing—where data, creativity, technology and AI converge to empower creators and drive business impact for the world’s most ambitious brands. Kyra is a full-service, AI-powered, global influencer marketing agency, helping global enterprise brands like H&M, L’Oreal and Amazon connect authentically with audiences through culturally resonant content. With $15M in Series A funding, our flagship proprietary tech platform, Kyra Platform, facilitates our team to deliver this at scale, driving strategic impact with guaranteed performance.

As a Senior Campaign Manager at Kyra, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of creator-led campaigns for one of our most exciting beauty clients. From casting through to performance wrap, you’ll own every detail—delivering exceptional work that aligns with client objectives, drives results, and elevates the brand’s presence across social.

You’ll collaborate closely with creators, internal teams, and client stakeholders to bring beauty campaigns to life on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows the nuances of the beauty space, and can lead campaigns with precision, passion, and accountability.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creator Casting & Relationship Management

  • Independently source and secure creators that align with brand tone, brief, and target audience
  • Leverage internal tools and performance data to guide casting strategy and ensure strong campaign fit
  • Lead creator briefing calls and manage asset review to ensure content is high-quality, on-brand, and FTC compliant

Budget Ownership & Negotiation

  • Manage campaign budgets with a sharp eye—tracking fees, negotiating rates, and maintaining cost-efficiency without sacrificing quality
  • Strategically adjust budgets and creator mixes to meet CPV/CPM targets and performance benchmarks

Project Management & Campaign Oversight

  • Own campaign timelines and execution across multiple workstreams—Talent, Paid Media, Strategy, and Client Solutions
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day deliverables using Asana, ensuring internal and external alignment at every stage
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to solve blockers and keep momentum high

Client Liaison & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Lead calls, manage feedback, and ensure all deliverables are approved, aligned, and on time
  • Deliver clear updates and maintain strong, proactive relationships that build trust and retention

Performance & Optimisation

  • Collaborate with the Paid Media team to align campaign objectives, tracking, and post-campaign insights
  • Report on performance metrics such as CPV, CPM, and Engagement Rate—providing learnings and recommendations for future strategy

What You Bring

Experience in Campaign Management

  • 4–6+ years managing creator or influencer campaigns, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion
  • Experience working in agency or fast-paced environments, balancing multiple clients and timelines

Beauty Industry Fluency

  • Strong understanding of the beauty category—creator trends, content formats, and how to align with distinct brand voices
  • Proven success leading campaigns for beauty or CPG brands, including casting, briefing, and reviewing assets

Budget & Data Literacy

  • Skilled in managing large budgets and optimising based on real-time data
  • Familiarity with core metrics (CPV, CPM, ER) and how to use them to influence creator selection, spend, and strategy

Clear Communicator & Operator

  • Confident leading client calls, communicating with creators, and writing clear briefs and updates
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, especially using tools like Asana, Google Suite, and Excel

What Makes You Stand Out

  • You have a passion for the creator economy and deep knowledge of social platforms
  • You’ve led high-performing campaigns across multiple brands or verticals
  • You’re as comfortable talking to creators as you are reviewing performance metrics or leading a client call
