Job Description
CWA Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to join our team. As a Data Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing large amounts of data into our system, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of various types of information into our systems
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies in data entry
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
- Work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain the confidentiality of data
- Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong typing and 10-key skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
