Pay: $29.34 - $32.54 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers through live chat.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.
- Provide technical support for our products and services, including troubleshooting and guiding customers through set-up processes.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the appropriate departments within the company.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
- Work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support; experience in a chat support role is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software.
- Must be comfortable working in a remote environment and have a reliable internet connection.
