This is a remote opportunity for our Endoscopy team that sits in our San Jose office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead and develop a team of sales support professionals, overseeing order management for both capital and disposable products to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers, sales, manufacturing, service, and finance teams to resolve issues related to order status, delivery, production, and billing with a focus on building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and meet business objectives.
  • Manage workforce planning, including staffing forecasts, scheduling, training, performance management, and team development to support dynamic business needs.
  • Lead issue resolution efforts, managing escalations related to order processing, billing discrepancies, and system challenges while ensuring timely and effective communication to all stakeholders.
  • Champion process improvement initiatives in partnership with business analysts and cross-functional teams to enhance tools, drive standardization, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure quality and compliance, guiding proper complaint handling, documenting product concerns, and coaching team members on ethical decision-making and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture by promoting collaboration, leading team-building efforts, and recognizing employee contributions.
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing regular feedback, managing development plans, and driving engagement through structured performance conversations and development cycles.
  • Model Stryker’s core values, acting with integrity, accountability, and commitment to excellence in every interaction with customers, team members, and cross-functional partners.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of work experience related to customer service or customer facing roles

Preferred:

  • Leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Background in project management or sales/field-based support.

$77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
